Municipal Boundary Adjustment Unit Proposed Rules
The Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings’ Municipal Boundary Adjustment Unit (MBAU) intends to adopt rules without a public hearing. If however, 25 or more people submit a written request for a hearing by 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 23, the MBAU will hold a public hearing starting at 11 a.m. on Feb. 8, 2013.
