LMC 2013 Annual Conference and Marketplace

Increase your visibility beyond your booth by advertising in the conference program.

Advertise in the conference program (deadline: April 30)

  • Full-page display ad, inside front cover/back cover, or tab page:
    —$445 (4.25" wide x 7.25" high)
  • Full-page display ad:
    —$295 (4.25" wide x 7.25" high)
  • Half-page display ad:
    —$165 (4.25" wide x 3.5" high)
  • Full-length description in program:
    —$165 (Full-length description after your company's name in the exhibitor portion of the program)
    —100 words maximum, text file only; no bullets, bold, italics, all capitals, etc.
    —Submit your description to Jason Little at marketing@lmc.org.

Requirements for submission of display ad materials: (deadline: April 30)

  • Black and white only.
  • Computer file types accepted: EPS, TIFF, and PDF (saved at high/print resolution, 300 dpi); all fonts converted to outlines and all images embedded.
    —Not accepted: Camera-ready art, film negatives, or native computer files (QuarkXpress, InDesign, Pagemaker, Publisher, Word).
  • Submit ad on CD, or e-mail to Jason Little at marketing@lmc.org (e-mail attachments must be smaller than 10MB).
    —Include a proof/sample of ad; when submitting CD, include a hard-copy proof. If sending EPS or TIFF via e-mail, include a low-resolution PDF (used for proofing purposes only).
