HF334 passed out of the Ways & Means committee today on a roll call vote 15-12.
(Published Apr 15, 2013)
After a series of questions focused mainly on the policy implications, Rep. Connie Bernardy’s (DFL-Fridley) bill to implement early voting, HF 334, passed out of Ways and Means. Members of the committee asked questions regarding poll challengers, the processing of early voting ballots as well as the days early voting would be available.
