The Minnesota Association of Community Telecommunications Administrators (MACTA) will hold a "Day at the Capitol" to preserve local community television and local franchising on Feb. 13. The all-day event is co-sponsored by the League.
The event starts with a meeting at the League building in which the group will hear from state officials as well as MACTA and LMC lobbyists. MACTA lobbyists will review MACTA’s positions, provide talking points, and hand out materials to share with legislators. After lunch, the group will walk to the Capitol for meetings and/or on-camera interviews with legislators.
