Find key considerations and concepts for options in leave benefits, other employee benefit programs and events.  Understand benefits eligibility, benefits contribution structures, and requirements for offering benefit continuation (COBRA).  Typical benefits include insurance benefits such as health, dental, life, short and long term disability and long term care. Leave benefits often include paid holidays, funeral, sick, vacation, PTO and the ability to donate leave.
