Table of Contents

To open and view the LMC HR Reference Manual you must use Adobe's Acrobat Reader (download a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader). Should you require that the .pdf documents be in a text-only format, please see our section on ADA compliance.

Tips on Using Adobe Acrobat:

  • Click on the "Bookmark" tab to close or re-open the Bookmark feature.
  • Click on an icon representing a sheet of paper to adjust the size of the display.
  • Click the arrow on the toolbar at the top or bottom of your screen to page forward or back.
  • Use the binocular button to search for a word.

How to Use the Table of Contents:

  • Frequently-asked navigation questions
  • Browse through the table of contents below until you find the section you want to read.
  • Click on the title to open the document.
  • Follow the links within the document (located in the left column marked "Relevant Links") to access related information.
  • To view another chapter section, close the window of the section you are viewing to return to the Table of Contents.
