LMC HR Reference Manual

In an effort to provide comprehensive human resources assistance to member cities, the League is developing an online Human Resources Reference Manual. The HR Reference Manual is intended to be a one-stop-shop for all things related to human resources in the public sector. Three chapters are now complete and available online (Hiring, Separation from Employment, and Personnel Policies). The Compensation & Benefits Chapter will be available in the summer of 2006. The remaining chapters of the HR Reference Manual are targeted for completion in 2007.
