Minnesota Cities Stormwater Coalition

The Minnesota Cities Stormwater Coalition (MCSC) provides help to cities in implementing various federal and state stormwater requirements.

MCSC is a fee-based, League service and represents city concerns to the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), the Department of Natural Resources, the Board of Water and Soil Resources, and other state agencies involved in stormwater compliance activities.

MCSC is the successor to the League's National Pollution Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Guide Plan project. This project helped regulated cities complete and submit plans to the MPCA for compliance with the Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4).
